Terms of Service
PLEASE! READ THE T.O.S BEFORE SEND THE COMM REQUEST
GENERAL- I have all the rights to use any commissioned work to my portfolio or showcases (aka: demo reels). Unless it's NDA.
- Send me all necessary files for the video, most likely in a Google Drive folder (raw footage, images, audio recordings, overlays, emotes, etc.)
- Tell me if you are uncomfortable/unwilling to have the work process live streamed or shown on my own social media, ex: secret project/hidden release etc.
- Everything will be discussed before the start of the edit.I am allowed to refuse ANY comissions at my own discretion.
- I can make an urgent-rushed delivery if you need it, giving you extra priority, however, an extra "Urgent Fee" of 50-100% of the total amount will be charged depending on the urgency of the video.You can credit me via Twitter, or by putting my Twitter/YouTube/VGen @ in the video description.PAYMENTS- Payment will be proceed by VGenI require at least 50% payment upfront.
- The values displayed are base values. I might request an increase in the value if the video is too complex to make, or too long, this will be discussed
- If you are on the waitlist, I will only accept your payment when it is your turn on the waitlist. I do NOT accept any advance payment.COMMUNICATIONFeel free to contact me whenever you want, but keep in mind that my timezone is GMT-3You can communicate with me through VGen DMs, Discord (paulo.edits) and Twitter (paulo.edits). However, I prefer to communicate through Discord, as I usually respond faster there.REVISIONS- Major reviews: You have 3-5 free revisions, any additional revisions will be charged an extra fee.
- Consider major revisions to include: very large scene changes, style changes, adding extra scenes, etc. Simple revisions like: writing errors, changing position, scale, etc. DO NOT count as major revisions
- I will periodically send some previews of the video, If you see something you don't like and want to change, don't be afraid and tell me :D
- I do not accept any changes made by third parties, I ask that any changes be reported to me.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- The deadline will be discussed before the start of the editThe turnaround time only starts if at least 50% of the value of the video has been paid and if all necessary files have been properly send
- Before I send the final version of the video, a low quality with watermark preview version of the video will be sent for review purposes, if everything is okay, the high quality final version of the video will be sent
- When I send you the review demo so I can deliver the final video with high quality, you have 1 week and a half to send me feedback. If you exceed this deadline without justification, I will consider the commission as finalized and send you the files ready to post.REFUNDS- If I exceed the agreed deadline, you can choose to request a partial refund for the project
- If you want to cancel the project, we can agree to a total refund or a partial refund, however, if the project was in a advanced stage or close to completion, I will not accept a total refund, only a partial refundINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- You can credit me by mentioning my Twitter account (@paulo_edits1) or just putting @pauloedits in the video description
- I reserve the right to claim that the project was edited by me.
